Nectar points have a value of £0.005 per point when redeemed with most Nectar partners. This means that every 500 points you redeem will be worth £2.50.

Nectar points can be redeemed at the pump. Enjoy 5p off every litre of fuel when you redeem 300 Nectar points.

Caffè Nero
Nectar points can be redeemed for beverages at Caffè Nero at a rate of 400 points for any barista-prepared hot or cold drink.
When you redeem points, you will receive a Caffè Nero QR voucher. You can use more than one QR code voucher in a single transaction, the drink can be any size, and you can either drink in or take out.
Do note that the QR codes have expiration dates, so I wouldn't recommend redeeming Nectar points for a QR code until you plan on using them.
Point transfers to British Airways
Nectar points can be transferred to British Airways Avios at a rate of 400 Nectar points for 250 Avios. You can also convert British Airways Avios into Nectar Rewards at a rate of 400 Avios for 400 Nectar points.
